
Kalsang Choedon is from Dingri in Tibet where she studied Tibetan language and other
subjects. After seeking refuge in India, she continued her studies at Tibetan Home School,
Mussoorie, where she studied Tibetan language as well as English, etc. Then in 2006 she
continued her study of English for one year in the British Counsil English School, Nepal.
Upon completing this program of study, she began teaching Tibetan language to
international students at the Rangjung Yeshe Institute located in Kathmandu, Nepal. Then
for two years, in 2016 and 2017, she taught Tibetan language to international students at
Esukhia, Dharmamsha, India. In 2018 she joined LRZTP where she teaches Tibetan language
to students from a wide range of backgrounds both in person and online in LRZTP language
programs.
